Kid friendly interactive themes are a fun way for elementary children to learn of God’s love for them and how to serve others. There are many volunteering opportunities for older youth and adults alike.
Vacation Bible School 2023
Benn’s UMC Vacation Bible School is for children who have completed grades Preschool (3) through Grade 5.
Benn’s United Methodist Church VBS will study “The Fruit of the Spirit” – Part 1 (Galatians 5:22-23). We will focus on one of the spiritual fruits each day, five in 2023 and the remaining four in 2024.
Join Benn’s UMC for Vacation Bible School and make lifelong memories while learning more about our spiritual gifts.

Our monetary mission will be the Society of St. Andrew (endhunger.org) and we will collect food items for the Isle of Wight County Christian Outreach Program (https://iowcop.net/).

Thank you to EVERYONE for a successful Vacation Bible School!! We averaged 41 kids every day, had 14 youth assistants, and 30 adults. Over 150 food items were collected to be given to the Christian Outreach Food Pantry and $233.64 was given to support the Society of St. Andrews mission of providing food to underserved communities.
